Apple hat am gestrigen Abend wieder ein paar neue Testversionen auf den Weg gebracht. So kann man ab sofort die dritte Entwicklerbeta von tvOS 10 und watchOS 3 beziehen.
Der Hersteller aus Cupertino hat die neue Entwicklerbeta 3 von tvOS 10 und watchOS 3 verfügbar gemacht. Die neuen Versionen haben hauptsächlich die üblichen Verbesserungen bezüglich Stabilität und Performance im Bauch. Die dritte Beta von macOS Sierra stand zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung des Artikels noch nicht zur Verfügung!
Unter watchOS 3 hat man ebenfalls fleißig an Bugs geschraubt. Folgende Änderungen halten dort Einzug.
Activity
• Replying to an Activity Sharing notification from a friend sometimes fails to send.
• Replies to an Activity Sharing notification with a message may fail. • The contextual text above the reply to an Activity Sharing notification is incorrect.
Apple Pay
• When adding a new payment card to Apple Pay, if an incorrect expiration or CVV is entered, upon entry of a new value and hitting “Next” the running process will crash.
• In-app Apple Pay purchases that require PIN entry may cause a crash.
Calendar
Calendar may show “No Events” in Calendar after updating.
Clock
Clock face layout resets after reboot.
Connectivity
Currently there is no TCC prompt on the watchOS side
Emergency SOS
Haptic alert may not trigger during Emergency SOS countdown.
Notifications
If a media attachment is too large, the notification fires on iPhone and not Apple Watch.
Phone
• When attempting to hand off a relay call from Apple Watch to iPhone while on the lock screen, the call may be dropped.
• When iPhone is on CS/VoLTE, relay calls answered on alternate devices do not have DL audio and the call may drop after 30 seconds.
Workout
Auto-pause and auto-resume sometimes fail in Workout. Third-party apps are not affected.
Zu guter letzt noch tvOS 10 welches in der neuen Beta ein komplett neu überarbeitetes Interface von Apple Music bekommen hat. Außerdem wurde auch die dritte Beta der neuen Apple TV Remote App freigegeben und eine Menge Bugfixes umgesetzt.
Game Controllers
For games that use the GCEventViewController, the game controller’s controllerPausedHandler will no longer be called when the Menu button is pressed, if controllerUserInteractionEnabled is true. This restores behavior established in tvOS 9.2.
Music
• Songs played on Beats 1 can now be added to existing playlists.
• Song playback now functions when accessing songs from Go to Album.
• Go to Artist pages now load.
• Using Siri can now be used to “Like this song” or “Dislike this song”.
ReplayKit
ReplayKit’s RPPreviewViewController in sharing mode now properly dismisses the view controller when selecting the “Done” button.
Siri
Siri Sports queries in the Norwegian, Dutch, and Swedish languages are now supported.
SpriteKit
SKEmitterNode focus issues have been resolved.
Ihr könnt ab sofort alle neuen Versionen via Over The Air Update oder per Apple Developer Center auf eure Geräte ziehen, wenn ihr registrierter Entwickler seit. Solltet ihr außerdem gewillt sein, die Technology Preview des Safari Browser zu nutzen, dann könnt ihr nun auch die neue Safari Technology Preview 8 vom Entwicklerportal herunterladen. Die Beta von Safari 10 ist im Moment nur für Entwickler verfügbar, während die Technology Preview von allen getestet werden kann.
